Ceremony Package Initial Consultation

I want you to be totally comfortable booking me. Which is why I offer a free no obligation initial Consultation. This can be by phone , Skype , Zoom or FaceTime. . If you would like to meet face to face we can also arrange this . I will hold your booking for 7 days for you to make your decision before we move any further.

Planning Meeting

Once you have made your decision I will secure your date . Get a contact signed and deposit and we will arrange to meet in person . I will ask you all the relevant questions regarding your requirements for your ceremony. I will get to know you both and you me. I will learn about your relationship and everything that is important to you both . This information will help me to write a ceremony that reflects your beliefs and personalities. This meeting can also be done online if required. I will also have a couple’s questionnaire to help me in my writing also.

Ceremony editing

Following on from our meeting I will write your first draft of your ceremony and email it to you for a review . You can revise your draft ceremony as much as you would like until it’s exactly what you want . I want it to be perfect. Any questions and guidance that you might need I will be there to help you all the way.

The Ceremony

I will arrive early at your wedding venue to help co ordinate with your wedding party , your photographer and your venue manager . I will work along side these to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to your exact requirements. I will deliver the exact ceremony that you have discussed with me and I will create a wonderful happy caring ceremony for you and your guests.
